I’m a tenacious and energetic personal trainer who enjoys boxing, exercise & keeping fit, but it wasn’t always like that….

It was having my own PT that gave me a love for fitness that I never dreamt I’d have, and I want to bring that passion and confidence to each of my clients too.

Whatever the reason for wanting to switch up your fitness routine, I’m here to help.

Personal Training

I offer online or in person training & nutrition advice. We can train at your home, an outdoor space or in my private studio in Hitchin, Herts.

Group Exercise
