I work with clients with a variety of different goals and interests from my private studio or in the client’s home. Some reasons you may want to work with me are:
Body Transformation
You may have an event coming up that you want to look your best for, perhaps your wedding or that longed for summer holiday. Or maybe you just want to boost your body confidence by toning up. Whatever the reason, I can design an exercise programme, advise you on healthy eating habits and monitor your progress via weight checks, body measurements and photographs to enable you to achieve your targets.
Prenatal
As your body changes to accommodate your growing baby you may feel off balance, have aches and pains that weren’t there before and be uncertain of what exercises are safe for you to do. I can advise and guide you in your exercise programme so that you feel stronger and more comfortable as you progress through the phases of pregnancy and get you into the best shape possible in preparation for the birth of your little one/s.
Postnatal
Your body has spent 9+ months changing in preparation for the birth of your child, so it will take time to reverse these changes. Throw in the sleepless nights, breastfeeding and carrying a baby around on your hip non-stop and you may not know where to start! If you feel you need a bit of support getting that energy going, your posture back and returning to previous (or better) fitness levels, I am here to help.
Corrective Exercise
I can assess your movement patterns to identify any movement compensations and develop a programme to help you move better and more efficiently, improving your fitness and reducing the risk of injury.
General Fitness
Perhaps you just want to improve your fitness, get some guidance on your form and shake up your exercise routines. Maybe you’ve noticed some changes in your body and don’t know how to adapt your workout or you simply aren’t getting the results you did before. Whatever the reason, I can support and motivate you, developing fun and challenging workouts to get you where you want to be.
Boxing for Fitness
Boxing is great aerobic exercise that works the whole body and improves core strength and balance. Not to mention it is great fun! No prior boxing experience is needed as I will take you through the basics and before you know it you will be punching, ducking and weaving your way through combinations, getting fit as you go!
Regardless of the training format you choose, I will always start off with a complimentary consultation, so that I can find out about your current fitness regimen, likes and dislikes and where you want to get to. This will help me to tailor a programme to meet your needs and schedule and, of course, to hit those goals!

One to One training
I offer one on one training in my studio in Ickleford, Hitchin or I can come to you – either to workout in your home or at an outdoor space within a 10 mile radius of Ickleford.
Small Group PT
Small group PT is becoming increasingly popular as it can be helpful from both a cost and motivation perspective. Even if you are at different fitness levels, I can develop a plan that caters for you all. I can train groups of 2 or 3 in our studio or at your home or local outdoor space within a 10-mile radius of Ickleford, Hitchin.
Online PT
Don’t have time to go out? Travel a lot with work? We can train online wherever you are in the world! No equipment? No problem. You can still get a great workout in with just a Wi-Fi connection and a little space. Using your bodyweight and a touch of creativity, I can create a workout plan for you.
